Do you encounter Touch ED pop up when you start to window desktop? Only for Toshiba laptops...
Solution:
1) Open Run (use Search to locate "Run" program)
2) Type msconfig
3) Find "Startup" on the tab above(it is located right side)
4) Untick the program called "Touch ED"
5) Click ok and restart your computer.
6) Done.
